Accommodation

The house has been recently completely renovated, and is let fully furnished and equipped, including cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. Visitors are requested to supply their own bed linen and towels, however bed linen can be provided if requested at the time of booking.  There is accommodation for six adults.

Ground floor accommodation comprises:

Lounge, including:

• Stone fireplace,

• Wood-burning stove,

• Leather recliner suite,

• TV, CD/DVD/MP3 cinema system,

• Sky FreeSat receiver providing the main UK TV and radio channels,

• Main French TV channels (TF1, TF2 etc.).

• Electric oven with gas hob,

• Dishwasher,

• Large refrigerator,

• Small freezer,

• Microwave, blender, toaster etc.,

• Glassware, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Dining area, adjacent to kitchen, with:

• Table seating 6, or 8 with extension.

External balcony accessible from kitchen area, with:

• Dining table seating 6, plus sun lounges and deck chairs,

• Marvellous, unspoilt, views.

Master Bedroom, with:

• King sized bed (72 x 80inches - UK "Super King")

• En suite bathroom:

  • Italian tiles

  • Bath/shower

  • WC

  • Wash basin

  • Bidet

First floor accommodation comprises:

• bedroom 2,  with two single beds plus chaise longue;

• bedroom 3,  with two single beds;

• bathroom with shower, wash basin  and WC.

Utility basement with access to grounds, offering:

• washing machine;

• chest freezer;

• storage for barbeques plus balcony and garden furniture;

• WC and wash basin (convenient when using the pool or when in the grounds).
